8 digit short codes
Why am I seeing 8 digit short codes under my text usage on my bill? The number is either 98801256 or 98801257? Then when you go online to figure out this short code nothing is found. Then when you text help to the 8 digit code you get an error message in return as if that 8 digit code doesn't even exist 🙄

authrdc.custs-mailspprtac this is incoming email to mobile under text usage on my bill? But coming from the other user on my account. Just trying to figure out what authrdc.custs-mailspprtac means as an incoming text? Where is it coming from?

The same show on my bill for my husband's number.... When I checked the phone there was nothing. Was it for your S/O also? Because I suspect a secret account and that being a verification short code...
