AT&T business SIM
What is your policy with AT&T business SIM for cellphone service for an individual, meaning one person who is not a business person using the service? And if not, what's the alternative SIM card with those service features? Please don't tell me they are all the same in this subject.

You mean PLAN...not SIM. SIM cards for business may indeed be different, but the difference is in the plans available. (Just like prepaid and FirstNet which have a visible difference, but the differences in the plan the SIM is provisioned for)
Usually to open a business account you have to have a tax ID number for a business.
If you are asking for all of the features of a business plan but are refused as you don't have a tax ID number for business, that's how it is supposed to work. .
What is available is the consumer plans listed on the consumer website.
