Blocking unwanted texts and calls
Over the last week, I've been receiving anonymous harassing texts and calls from multiple numbers. I block those numbers then receive more. Is there a way to block any unknown numbers? Only receive texts/calls from my Favorites? Thank you for any help.

Harassing phone calls can be very annoying! I have dealt with them myself and they are never fun. I do have some excellent options for you.
You can download AT&T Call Protect. This is a free app, you can download from the Google play store. This application allows you to manually block numbers from calling you. It does not block private or unknown numbers at this time.
You can also search the Google play store for other apps which block private calls. AT&T at this time does not have any particular programs we can recommend.
We can also change your wireless phone number. I do need to let you know there is a $36 charge to make the change. Here is a link to the Change Your Wireless Number instructions.
