How do I leave a review for customer service or lack of? I have spent over 9 hours the past 2 days trying to get through to the business department. Then...when I would wait my 2 hours to talk to someone it would just randomly get disconnected with NO return call or care!!! I talked to numerous people that all gave me different answers!! What a joke this is and who has 9 hours to wait on the phone for a phone service that keeps disconnecting? Why would you care...you just locked me into a 3 year contract. If I paid my bill like you do customer service, I would not have service...you should not get paid when you treat me the way that you have!!!
I will NOT make the same mistake again in 3 years!!

To submit a complaint on a prior customer service rep you do so through customer support. Ideally requesting a supervisor on that same call, otherwise calling back and speaking to the next agent.
AT&T no longer has contracts for residential cell phone service. They do have the option to get a phone with having the cost spread out over 36 monthly installments (so 3 years). There is no added fee if you cancel before the end of that time, you simply have to pay off the remaining balance of the phone and forfeit any remaining promotional credits you may have had.
This is a public customer to customer forum so is not official support, plus the forums completely shutdown later today, so is not a place to leave feedback. You can just get some guidance from others until the shutdown.
