Email to Text stopped working
We are using email to text to send email alerts to a group of email to text addresses. All of a sudden the email to text to ATT cell phones stopped working. (the email to text to the Verizon phone numbers still work) When I check our outgoing email server logs to those txt.att.net addresses it shows: "host att-e2xmseast.mx.a.cloudflter.net3.215.148.199 said: *** 4.1.0 server unavailable AUP#MXRT" So the response from the ATT server is "Server Unavailable". However when I send to those same addresses from a random gmail email account it works. I am thinking the ATT server started blocking our email domain for some reason. Is it possible to talk to someone who can unblock or at least verify it is or is not blocked?

It only doesn’t work when the email comes from our domain @Hudson.oh.us. Also did you see what I said about the server logs showing a “server unavailable” from the ATT server? Could you bring this inquiry up to a higher level of support that can check whether our email domain is being blocked?
