hotspot & unlimited

Does a hotspot device get unlimited data on the unlimited plus plan or does it have the same 10gig hotspot cap?

A hotspot device gets unlimited. It is not subject to the 10 GB limit but from what we've heard it is more likely to be slowed after 22GB than a phone.
