Phone keeps hanging up during calls, says no service or sim card and cellular network not available. Also does att ask for pin number IMEI number and sim card number when you text them?

Is phone calls the only thing that does not work? But you can use text and data over cellular? If phone calls don't work, neither in or out, it sounds like the problem is you're using a phone that's not capable of voice calls on the AT&T network.

So what phone are you using? If you recently joined AT&T with your own phone, did you use the BYOD phone IMEI check to verify your phone would work on AT&T?
