International plan
Does the internet speed goes down if you use certain amount of data in one day while you are abroad using international day pass?

Nothing says that it gets throttled or that there is a data limit, but you’re at the mercy of any limitations that the foreign carrier that you connect to chooses to impose.

International Day pass specifically says that you can use your phone the same as you would in the USA while you are abroad. That would mean the premium plan does not deprioritize. The extra plan deprioritizes at 50 GB, etc. You can also use your hotspot just as you would in the United States

I’m not sure using the IDP the same as if you were in the US means literally that. Yes, from a functional standpoint that means you can make calls, set texts, use data etc and AT&T isn’t going to impose any additional restrictions. But, there is noting that says the foreign carrier can’t impose limits or roaming users, and I wouldn’t be surprised if some of them do.
