messages.att.net/#conversations no longer works with both of my phones

I am using two S3 phones which I have set up PC messages(#conversations) and Addressbook.  Both phones worked for over 6 months.  For some reason one of the phones is no longer registered for the messages portion of the AT&T web site.  The address portion still works for both phones,  but Messages works for one phone.  This started happening about the same time it quit allowing me to login using my phone numbers and started requiring me to login using my Access account name.   

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
