No data without wifi

I have a galaxy note 20 ultra. I have never had any issues with it until three weeks ago. I can no longer do anything with it unless I'm connected to wifi. No calls, no texts, no internet. I took the phone in and received a new sim card, I have reset network settings, power cycled more times than I can count, updated software and still nothing. I have read multiple stories like mine online, but no solutions. Any thoughts/suggestions?? The phone is not that old. The rep at the store tried to get me to just buy a new one...I'm still paying for this one! Also scared to buy a new one and find out this is account related and not the actual device?

There's a simple way to test. Swap SIM cards with somebody else on AT&T that has an Android phone. If your SIM card works in a different Android phone from AT&T then it's your phone.  

If somebody else's AT&T SIM card doesn't work in your phone (except they might get an unpaid device notification) Then it's not your sim or service and it is your phone
