No internet with full bars

Recently I have been experiencing an issue with no internet or service despite the connection saying 5G+ full bars.

I thought it was just my phone being old but I just purchased a new galaxy a14 and it's the same issue. 

I've had my friends also test there connection and it seems no one can connect to anything.

If I drive a few miles from my house it works as expected.

I've done all the online troubleshooting, reset my connections. 

There are no outages and my address is 100% in the 5G/4G LTE coverage from the map.

What could be causing this?

Here ares ever troubleshooting steps to take. If one doesn't work, proceed to the next one:

  • Make sure your device software is up to date. Plug your device in to power and connect to the Internet with Wi-Fi, then from the home screen select the Settings app > scroll to and select General > select Software Update. If an update is available, select Download and Install then follow the on-screen prompts.
  • You can try resetting your network settings. This will delete all network settings, returning them to factory defaults. From the home screen, select the Settings app > scroll to and select General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > select Reset Reset Network Settings > select Reset Network Settings again to confirm.
  • Perform a soft reset. Press and quickly release the Volume up button > press and quickly release the Volume down button > press and hold the Side button until you see the Apple logo.

Good afternoon,

My phone is brand new (Galaxy A14 5G) and up to date. 

I have also done the network reset and the online personal troubleshooting.

The issue is not with the phone since as I stated it happens across all devices I've tested with AT&T (Samsung Note 20 5G and Iphone).

Service indicator says 5G+ on the Galaxy A14 but nothing loads, the iphone was on 4G LTE and also nothing loaded.

The house only has a wifi connection with no other iot devices so I've ruled out signal interference.

How do I get a person to come out and test the signal?

Same issue for over a year. No explanation and it’s been troubleshooted multiple times with att people online and over the phone. Zip code 48430

Same problem shows full bars LTE connection with no service available.  Tried other phones with same results.  This was not a problem until about a year ago.  Whatever they did with antenna or band or software or something has really caused a problem for entire neighborhoods and blocks all around the city.  This is in Fort Collins, Colorado.  However checking the coverage map shows service is available. 

After some searching seems service is so bad the local police now has to update the patrol cars for laptop data connections for officer safety at cost of 600k if I remeber correctly.  This is crazy in 2023!

@ATTHelp  I and others with ATT in my area share this same issue in certain areas of zip codes 54401, 54403, 54476, 54474 and 54452 if you can check the towers. No internet connectivity with full bars of LTE. Only in specific neighborhoods though. Calls are spotty and cut out as well.
