Not able to text from iPhone to Android
I have been unable to send texts from iPhone to Android phones since June of last year. I can receive texts from Android phones. Outgoing texts appear to be sent properly but never arrive. I have been dealing unsuccessfully with AT&T support for several months now with no resolution. Each tech wants to work through the same basic troubleshooting steps, then disappears when no solution is found. I have been advised that switching carriers may not solve the problem. Someone suggested that I file a complaint with the BBB?

You didn't list the steps that you have been asked?
Did they include making sure that your phone settings had your phone number set to "send and receive"
Did it include deregistering from iMessage, waiting 48 hours and then turning iMessage back on?

I just sent a couple of texts, with pics, from my iPhone 12 to a friend who has an Android phone. Took awhile longer than one would expect but it did go thru. They even messaged me back later on in the day.
