Not being able to send MMS
my ability to send messages to non-iPhone users has stopped. I’ve toggled turning mms/sms on/off, reset network settings etc but it’s not working. I heard there may be a setting on ATTs end that may have been corrupted if I’m on an older plan. Any advice?

Have you made sure that your phone is set to send and receive from your phone number, not just your Apple ID?
Have you tried turning off iMessage for 48 hours, and then wait for SMS to begin again. Then you can turn our message back on
