not receiving email-to-text messages from a particular server

A server is using an email program called mutt to send emails to individual users. I have instructed it to send the email to [email scrubbed] (not my real phone number). Just in the past week or two, I am no longer receiving the text messages. My colleague and my students are continuing to receive their text messages, and I receive the emails that are sent to my "regular" email address, so I suspect my wireless provider, AT&T , is the culprit. Could AT&T be blocking messages with certain characteristics? For example, ones that lack a subject line?
