Hello @maxelena7
We understand the importance of receiving verification codes.
We would like to inform you that When you turn on Airplane Mode, this effectively disconnects your device from the internet. Both Wi-Fi and Cellular won’t work, so you can’t receive the two-factor authentication code.
Hope this information helps
Looking forward speaking with you.
Thank you,
Jessica, AT&T community specialist.

Of course not. When you’re in airplane mode, you can’t get anything sent over a cell network, including SMS/MMS texts and other notifications. If you’re talking about not getting missed texts or notifications when you later turn off airplane mode, certain texts and notifications may not be stored or resent if they didn’t get received by your phone in a certain time. If you don’t want to miss important texts from AT&T and banks, then don’t put you phone in airplane mode.
