Passport International plan
I purchased the AT&T passport plan for $60. I'm not finding the "passport app". Do I need this or do I just text & make voice phone calls as normal? I don't want to return home to a huge bill?

You do not need the passport app. It’s only use is to find ATT sponsored hotspots, which there are not many of anyway. Yes, just use your phone like normal but remember there is an additional per minute charge for calls and you get 1GB of data with that plan. The plan does cover all texts.
