Remove GoPhone International Long Distance Package

I bought $5 International Long Distance Package 2 days ago.
However, it only works for landlines. I didn't know it when I bought this package.
It's useless to me. How can I get $5 International Long Distance Package refund?

Click here to access the article AT&T Wireless Voice, Data, and Messaging plans, once there, click on the + symbol next to AT&T prepaid GoPhone plans for full details on the GoPhone International Long Distance plan. You can also access the section Having trouble changing your plan or services from that same article.
You can also download the myAT&T app and use it to change your packages. Please check out the GoPhone support page by clicking here
Once there, click on Rate Plans and Packages, then Changing your plan or package for details!

What do you mean by "only works for landlines"? I presume you bought the $5 AT&T World Connect package since there is no other $5 international plan. It applies to calls made from your wireless device to any international number, whether it is a landline or wireless number.

Nope. It only works for landlines in South Korea. I can's reach wireless number in Koera with this package.
