Rollover data

why am I not using my rollover data and instead I am paying extra for more data?

Rollover data only rolls over for one month. If you go over your data allottment, the additional data that was added does not roll over, only what was left of your original data allottment.

Why do I only have 3gigs rollover when I had well over 10 left last month??
