A device I tethered to before will not connect now. All settings the same and says device connected. Hellp!

I am sorry to hear of the issues tethering a device! I definitely understand the concern, especially since it has been connected before. I would be more than happy to provide some additional assistance.
To get started, I would just like to verify with you the make and model of your device. Can you please let us know what kind of phone you’re using?
Our first step will be to complete some specialized device and account testing through our Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool. This will take you through a step-by-step flow based off of your phone and network connection. Please let us know if you continue to experience issues.
