Text error 415

This happens all the time.

ONLY with my wifes phone number

I have a business account and I cannot send any type of image file to one of the phones on my account. I can send image files to any other phone on my account. But, when I try to send to that one number, I get a 415 error?

4XX error is because the client did not make a valid request: Page not found, incorrect syntax, cannot access the website. The creator of the website will need to revise it

No, there is no website involved. I am simply trying to send a photograph to one of many phones that are on my business account. I can send to all phones, except 1. When I try to send it to that one phone, I get the 415 error message. So, I'm not really sure what you're on about, but it's not the ATT 415 error.

Thus us a text message on a Samsung phone.

There is no reply or response to this issue from anyone associated with AT&T.  I  know I am not the only one. I've seen other posts with similar issues and  no resolution.  

Does anyone from AT&T monitor these forums?  This is supposed to constitute "support "?

No.  If you want support, scroll down to the bottom of this page and click on Contact Us, select your service and pick your preferred method.

You haven't shown a 415 error.  You've only shown some screenshots that do not make sense to your complaint.

Here is my screenshot showing the EXACT 415 error, that I've described, in detail, in many posts. I get this each time i try to send a photo to just ONE phone  on my business account. I can send a photo to the other phones in my account. I just can't send to that one phone. Does this help you to answer the question about 415 errors? I hope?

Are all of the phones involved iPhones?
