Usage details

Why can i no longer view any other of text,data, or talk detailed usage except the current months. Up until January of 2024 i could go back and see detailed usage for all my lines. As of January i can only see the current months and weirdly all detailed usage for any months prior to January. Example if i go on the app click view text usage it will show today's because this is the first day of the new billing cycle.  However i cannot see march,February, or January of 2024 detailed usage for any of my 4 lines. For some reason i can see December 2023 and before detailed usage just fine.  Anytime i try to look at any month other then the current month it say" no recorded usage for this time period " this has never happened before 2024. Any help would be greatly appreciated.  P.s. i already tried using other browsers and by logging in from the website rather then the att app. Thank you

This is a customer populated forum. Something directly account related like this you have to ask AT&T. You cannot do that here. There's a contact us link at the bottom of this web page, use that to contact AT&T directly
