Greetings @ChelyPepper,


 The error code which you are receiving when trying to dial out to a specific number means that the line is no longer active.  Code 56 means the number is assigned, but the account it is assigned to is not active.


You may want to check with the individual who has this number and verify with them.  We want to thank you for reaching out to us!  Let us know if you require further assistance.
