Why Are My Log-ins Different Between Wireless and Att.net?

I get so confused logging in to my accounts.  My cellphone got disconnected from my account a few years back when I tried to connect my old phone back to the account because my cellphone went bad.  AT&T automatically assigned a new login that is not my cell #.  Supposedly this login was supposed to be on all of my logins; it is not.  I use my E-mail address to login to AT&T.net and a different one with my wireless.  

 

Also, I just changed my password on AT&T and I got a message from AT&T that it would be changed on all areas of AT&T.  I just tried to login to the Community and it is not changed.  What areas of AT&T are different from the main login?

I understand what you are saying about being confused with logins and passwords.  I do not know how long after you changed your password you sent us this message.   It takes approximately one hour for all of the systems to be changed.  AT&T .net would stand alone because this website has to do with email, the Forums, Facebook, and Twitter.   myATT. Com is for you mobile, u-verse, DIRECTV, and landline.
