wifi quit after 1st month

I activated a account with at&t wifi Hotspot worked for about a month the I would get a full signal on 12 inch screen but wouldn't connect, called the selling dealer they sent me to at&t , they sent me to uconnect that was in February 2021 I booked marked the at&t subscription web page and when I put my vehicle information in it states not available for my vehicle, called at&t back and for a extra charge beyond the subscription service I could purchase a add on device to make it work,  I'm not sure who got sideways with who but I will probably ask more questions when purchasing a new vehicle again also it took me 2 months to cancel my at&t Hotspot subscription (Not A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER)

That is not the experience we wanted you to have with our AT&T Wi-Fi hotspot and with your subscription cancelation request MrMaster!

Please keep in mind that eligible vehicles and other requirements are required for our AT&T In- car Wi-Fi connection.

Requirements:

  • A vehicle with a built-in or plug-in Wi-Fi hotspot
  • An AT&T In-car Wi-Fi data plan

Coverage and service aren't available everywhere. Fees, charges, and restrictions apply. For addition help, we recommend viewing our In-car Wi-Fi article or contacting our In car Wi-Fi experts at 866-706-5773.

Let us know if you have additional questions! We'll also be happy to submit any feedback on your experience for areas of growth and opportunity.

Thank you for posting on the AT&T Community Forums!

it's kinda comical I the service worked for 2 months then quit contacted at&t, dealer , dimmer  chrysler, and just got the run around, and it did take 2 months to cancel the service, as far as your reply, my vehicle meets all the requirements to work and it did for 2 months, so your response again was just another run around pat response, but thanks for the reply M Master
