If you can't get AT&T Support to fix it, file an online complaint with the BBB. That will go AT&T Upper Management and someone will contact you.

It has been an absolute back and forth with ATT and Experian to try to get the Experian ID protection due to ATT letters giving the ATT California customer invalid Activation codes.
I have contacted the FCC to complain as there is no seamless resolution and I am spending work hours (3 hours over 2 days) trying to get correct information without giving private personal information to a representative.
This has been handles sloppy and misinformation makes it frustrating!
ATT you need to do better!
