apps issue

Some Apps are not installing in Galaxy s21 ultra after the update

Last security patch level is dated November 7, 2022. When I try to update, phone says software is current. Also can't make calls since 5G and also some apps are not working after this updates. I created a website alightmotionapps which is also not working on Galaxy s21 after this update please give me solution to this problem.

Hey @Afak, we understand your situation, so let's get the information you need regarding your calls and apps which are not working due to software updates.

 

We just want to confirm a few things:

  • Are you currently in the U.S. and are you using an unlocked device? The reason why we're asking is because software updates on our website are only available for AT&T branded devices, and you have to be on the AT&T Network in the U.S.

 

As for your website, you'll need to check with your website host to find out why it's not displaying on your device. 

 

You can also troubleshoot your calls and apps to ensure everything will run properly. Please let us know if you tried the Galaxy S21 support page as it includes multiple troubleshooting options to help you get connected so you can make calls.

Additionally, please let us know what happens when you try accessing these apps. Are you getting any error codes, or are they just not loading? Is this happening with your website as well?
