AT&T Remote CO building damaged

AT&T has a small brick building at the back end of the parking lot at my church. It looks to have been built 20+ years ago and is part of a small area that includes a dumpster corral.

Siding on the building is damaged with many cuts and the fencing is somewhat rusted. I have personally replaced the fencing around the dumpster corral and repaired one of the brick towers at the corners of the steel fencing.

This site is operational because there was a field tech out there, and he said it was servicing many homes nearby, but they are not responsible for maintenance of the building. He also said he would ask someone in property management to contact me; it has been months and still no contact. The trustees had been trying for years to work with AT&T to no avail, so I am working to resolve that problem; we are all volunteers.

Hey @johnamusgrove , we understand you have issues with building damage. -we're here to help ease your mind.

In order to file a property damage claim. Keep in mind that you'll want to gather the following information before filing a new claim:

  • Location – The physical address or GPS coordinates for the location where damage occurred.
  • Photos – Include close-ups and wide views of the area damaged. If possible, include photos of the person, vehicle, or equipment that caused the damage. Photos can be from cameras, cell phones, or other devices.

Once you have the requested information, call the Claim Center at 855-365-4976. After your claim is filed, you can track the status of your claim anytime by visiting www.sedgwick.com (Sedgwick) at your convenience.

Thank you; I will call the number you provided.

I could not possibly provide photos of the vehicle because the culprit is weather (possibly hail or just sun and wind) and it is an AT&T building that is damaged; I will be submitting a  complaint rather than a claim about an AT&T investment.
