can anyone know how I can cancel landline i have issues since last year and the agent transfer me a lot times and no one can help me and when I finally i got to cancelations the calls drop. they keep charging late feed and  i pay once and they keep charging every month they i got a credit no payment require and the next month i got a  big bill  and i have a screenshot of the no payment require
