Digital Home Phone

First I'm a retired ATT employee , hate to admit but it is what it is.

My home phone which was a pots line that always had problems it it looked like rain.

I retired with the " employee at Home" plan which ran about $16 a month.

Having poor service for several years and in September of this year and many calls to the foreman of

of the repair group was told they won't/can't repair the cable problem.

Then I was told they could switch the line to a Voip line at no charge and the bill would remain the same.

After many call to the employee/retire line , which is in The Philippines was told many things most untrue

by agents that I could not even say their name. This has been going on since October.

How do I escalate this to an english speaking person that can solve all the extra charges that should

not be there?

File a complaint with the BBB online. That gets forwarded to AT&T Corporate and someone from the Office of the President will contact you. Explain the problem to them and see what they have to say. These Senior Managers have the resources and authority to handle all kinds of issues.

@rbx  What does the PSC have to do with it. If you want to discuss the issue directly with AT&T Management, you file the complaint with the BBB and/or the FCC. They won't do anything with the complaint but they will forward it to AT&T Senior Management. That's who you want to talk to.
