Email address to contact AT&T

I want to send an email about my situation because I can't seem to get anyone on the phone that is able to follow instructions and do their job. Please tell me where I can send an email without having to talk to customer service!!!!!!!  This is a billing issue stemming from a disconnect of service, that did not get completed and still being billed and now I've been disconnected due to non payment..............that is YOUR error!!!!!!!

There is no email option. AT&T's customer support is over the phone.

When you say that disconnect of service didn't complete, do you mean you got a bill for the service month starting after you called to cancel? Or do you mean you were still billed for the days remaining in the service month which you canceled? If the service month started over, then try a BBB complaint as that ends up going to AT&T's upper management which usually results in contact from their Office of the President within a few business days. However if it is regarding remaining days, that is how billing works as there is no proration of the final bill.
