How can I have an ATT easement moved

I have a lot that I may want to sell and it has an ATT easement. How do I go about having this moved for possible development? Can't seem to add plat here.

Easements are transferable, meaning if you sell the purchaser will still have an easement.

Recommend checking with your local government authorities that handle easements in your area.

edit… zip code?

It is possible depending on address and zip code a different company now controls the easement, especially if easement was from before 1984 when MA BELL was broken up. This can include CenturyLink (Lumen), Fairpoint, Frontier, TDS, Verizon, WindStream and others.

Bill...this link receives an error message. I cannot locate an easement related service number. Can you provide another form of communication for this questions?
