To get reimbursed for local/LD telephone service in an independent telco area, you should first contact your employer to determine if they offer a reimbursement program. If they do, you should inquire about the requirements and procedures for submitting your reimbursement request. You may need to provide documentation of your service and expenses, such as phone bills or receipts. It is also possible that your employer may have a designated vendor for such services, in which case you would need to follow their guidelines for reimbursement.

I submitted my local OOR telephone bill on the new system effective 1/1/24.  The submission was denied as service wasn't eligible.  I called the number listed above and was told they can only process AT&T local service and all other services weren't eligible.  I questioned the definition of OOR (out of region) phone service and but didn't get an answer.  They did understand the issue and opened a ticket but I've not received any feedback.  Seems odd this only became an issue when AT&T switched to this new vendor.

I am having the same problem with OOR reimbursement.  I have a landline in Frontier's service area and have been reimbursed for a number of years.  When they changed from Healthsmart to Alight on 1/1/24, the reimbursements were declined with no explanation.  Numerous attempts to get an answer have failed to get a reasonable expanation.

That would be Alight or HR no one on these forums has access to that information. Also, this is an open public forum, remove your personal information no one will contact you anyway and you're leaving yourself open to spam. You can go to the Benefits center and follow the reimbursement page to see what you're getting and to apply for reimbursement. I just tried it, but I have no reimbursements, I did click on apply which was a 5 step process, that's as far as I went.
