Land Line Transfer to Cellular

In a recent phone conversation with an AT&T rep at AT&T Wireless, I was told that I could transfer my AT&T home phone Uverse service and its number to my AT&T cell service account and realize a substantial savings over the $57.14 a month that I am currently paying for home phone service without affecting the $35 a month I pay for internet service.  AT&T Wireless would provide me with a $10 cell phone for accessing the transferred number.  If I do this, how much of a termination charge will there be a for ending my home phone service?  Will my monthly bill for internet service remain the $35 that it currently is?
