Landline phone line
My aunt lives in a rural area that recently got fiber internet service from the local utility company. She would like to change to that internet service, but is concerned about losing her landline which is currently ATT through internet. Does ATT offer a landline service only without internet?

If she has AT&T Phone (digital service via the Internet) than no she can't have phone service without the Internet. She can see if the new provider has phone service and ask them if her number can be ported. If it's through the Internet it's not a true landline, which is over copper wire from the serving point to the home.
