Need field service assistance to remove the drop to my home and repair another drop that runs over my yard.

Hello, the issues I need addressed are in the title but I am no longer a AT&T customer, so I don't have an account number and can't use the automated system to request service. 

Any ideas how I can bypass the menus and tell someone about the issues?

I'm located in Rockledge, FL 32955

Thank you, "my thoughts". I now have a ticket number and was advised that they should be out here today by 9PM EST.

Unfortunately, I was initially disconnected after being transferred to a representative where I could barely make out the person telling me to call back to 800-246-8464. 

I was able to reach someone by initially stating "non customer" to the bot, and then when the bot asked me to confirm a passcode or whatever for the account holder, I just entered "0" on the keypad and eventually the bot transferred me to a live representative. 

The live rep suggested that if I need to call back to use the number you quoted above, 800-288-2020 , and state "telco repair".
