Need to have Att remove the lines that are hanging too low.

Referring to the dop line from pole to house?

A tech can raise or remove the ATT line, but if the line belongs to the local cable company the tech will not touch it.

ATT phone/DSL line is flat similar to a pop cycle stick while cable line is round similar to finger or Sharpie.
