Rising land line phone charges!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WHY, has my land line charges increased almost 30.00 dollars over the last few years?? Absolutely nothing has changed yet, EVERY month it goes up.  I try and get help and I get a Phillipino that tells me there's no way to connect me to someone in the states.  Your service is satisfactory but the way you are price gouging (Edited per community guidelines).  Contact me OR disconnect me. I've had it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you have a good cell signal, look into a wireless home phone. It is cell voice service that you plug a regular phone into. I've had one for several years and have been very happy with the voice quality and reliability. They are much less than a landline, I pay around $32 a month which includes long distance. Search the internet many companies have standalone wireless voice service, AT&T doesn't, you need their wireless internet also to get it.

Probably because landline maintenance fees rise up as well.

The 800 *** 2020 number is an OFF Shore number and they can't do SQUAT.  They won't even change my service to regular/long distance only.  Say they can't do it.  I want a number of AT&T in the U.S. not somewhere half way around the world.........................
