so I already have a landline. why would I need "phone 200" on my internet bill?
I am being billed monthly for my landline. I am also billed monthly for internet plus "phone 200" to me, the phone charge on my internet bill seems redundant, as I already have a landline bill.

Well this section of the forum is not the landline section, it is not the internet section.
Wireless refers to cellular devices like smartphones, basic phones, iPads, smartphones, etc.
If you are paying for two separate phone services there would be a phone number related to each. It there?
'Phone 200' is a very old phone plan. If you have moved on to a different phone plan, you should certainly call AT&T and ask them to cancel a phone number for the phone 200 service that you no longer use

Are you receiving a separate bill for the landline you say you already have??
It sounds like you are getting a combined bill. Phone200 is an old POTS plan and is not a digital (VOIP) plan.
