System won't accept updated Billing Address
Traditional Landline I have tried calling (3 times), chat (useless), and trying online to update my billing address. I keep getting the error message ""No matching address found." Yes, I checked the spelling, etc. carefully, and have tried this 6 times. I get the error code: (UBC107) Can ANYONE help? I am not getting my bills because they are going to an address I have never heard of, in a city I have never heard of.......and I have lived at the same address I am trying to update FOR 35 YEARS! HELP!

If you aren't getting what you need by calling customer service or using chat, file an FCC complaint. Have you tried saying cancel service at the voice prompt? That will get you to a group of better trained reps.
