When does AT&T disable AutoPay?
I'm sure I've enrolled successfully in AutoPay before.
But it seems that my account is later removed from AutoPay and AT&T starts calling me with Past Due notifications.
The company already has my correct credit card. Why is my account removed from AutoPay with no notice to me?

This is a customer-based forum, we have no access to account information. You'll need to contact AT&T billing for that information.

If trying to resolve your issue through the normal AT&T channels isn't working file an FCC complaint.
