Why am I charged $ 119.00 for an early termination fee when I didn’t have any equipment in contract.  The equipment that At&t is referring to was forced to be installed when the equipment I was renting became defective and could not be replaced with the same thing.  The repairman,  informed AT&T that that would be the condition of the repair to keep me as a customer. The company agreed to allow the genie to be replace as a remedy for my problem with no extension required.  Today,  an AT&T supervisor,  Gloria,  refused to check back into my account to confirm my story. She said that the account had been erased after it was canceled and that noting could be done except for me to pay for early termination.  She also said, when I asked to speak to her supervisor that she didn't have one. I don't feel that I'm being treated properly and that AT&T is trying to take advantage of me.
