Not able to log in to Max
I am trying to log in with my At&t account and it keeps taking me in circles. It will log in but take me to the subscription page to pick a plan. From reading, it seems I should have access to the middle tier plan. Do I need to do something differently?

Hi,
Yes I do have HBO max included in my wireless plan. I installed Max on my phone and it works just fine. I was having issues with the firestick so I am now thinking it's a Max issue and not Att. Thank you!

• Make sure your Firestick has Fire OS 5 or later.
• Uninstall and reinstall the app.

Hi there,
I am facing a similar issue with the firestick. I even followed the steps mentioned above
• Make sure your Firestick has Fire OS 5 or later.
• Uninstall and reinstall the app.
Unfortunately that didn't work for me. What should I do?
