ADT+ Smart Home Hub
Cannot get the device online to ADT server but it does show as connected to ATT WiFi Router. Do ports need to be opened if so which ones?

Hey @gsp915
The equipment you have will depend on how you forward the ports, here is a couple examples from previous posts:
It also might be easier to set your ADT equipment to passthrough or DMZ mode.
These should be the ports that need forwarded for the equipment: 80, 443, 554, 11070-11099, udp/123 and keep in mind you can always contact AT&T Support for Assistance!

Thank you for the help but I cannot confirm if this will work or not. ADT's support was so unhelpful and frustrating that I am returning their equipment.
