AT&T MiFi ZTE MF923 Unable to Successfully Port Forward

Hello, decided to make a post about this, because I've been unable to figure it out after all these hours haha.

My issue is simply this. Trying to port forward on the Mifi ZTE MF923.

Watch the video. I show how it is supposed to work and that it doesn't and then I switch over to my normal router and it works fine.

In the video I use Sam Broadcaster which uses port 8000.

With the Mifi I'm getting 3 public IP's, none of which are being seen with an open port.

Youtube video showing my methods.

You can't. Mobile data doesn't really work that way. If you need port forwarding and such you'll need to get wired internet

Alright, thank you for verifying that. Why then, is there even a port forwarding option in the device?
