Can't hard reset intel inside tablet

Thank you so much for reaching out and welcome to the Community! I am sorry to hear about your tablet not hard resetting. I am here to help!
Forgetting the pin is no fun, here are some great tips:
1. Power the device off.
2. Press the Power and Volume buttons at the same time until system boots.
3. Select Recover Mode by pressing the Volume button, then press the Power button to reboot the tablet to the recovery mode.
4. Select Wipe Data/Wipe Cache, and then select Yes.
5. Power cycle the tablet by turning it off then back on.

Wipe/data/wipe cache eventually came up after some time with 4 other options. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to document them. After I selected Wipe/Data it takes me to the next screen with a series of several options for NO & only one YES with a warning (doing this is irreversible), I selected yes and am now watching it erasing and formatting the data. 4:17 am. update 4:24 am I am now back to the same screen before I hit wipe data/factory reset
Reboot system now
Apply update from ADB
Wipe data/factory reset
wipe cache partition
and I don't know what to pick— instinct told me to pick Reboot System Now.
I am now at a Home Screen with all these wonderful apps and I'm so happy :) thank you
