Cell phone booster

My booster only blinks white on the power button. Nothing else. The Wan line is in and GPS is plugged in and near a window. HELP!

Have you read my AT&T's Cell Booster Tech Guide? The link is the first one in my sig line. Have you checked the ac adapter with a voltmeter and no load applied? If so, what is the reading? The flashing white power light indicates that no power, or not enough power, is getting to the unit. Have you made sure that the wall outlet is working correctly (plugging in a light for example)?

Thank you very much for your help.  I changed out my power supply and that worked.  I have 123V coming in.

I do need a little more help.  I have had this booster for less than a month and have not been able to get it to work.  It has had trouble registering.  So, I have four white lightes and the 4G LTE light does not light up.  I am assuming that is why my phone does not see the signal.

You measured a 123V with no load? That is way too high. It should read around 20V or so with no load. 12V is the minimum with load applied so there should be some overhead but 123V is not correct.

Did you purchase the Cell Booster from AT&T brand new? If you can't register it, it won't work. Did you get any error messages when trying to register it? If registered properly, you should get an email or message saying that you are registered and are ready to go.

Does your router meet all of the minimum requirements?

Otto,

I was talking about the strip.  Not at the device.  I am having trouble registering the device.  Any advice on help getting it registered?

@jp1965  You need to measure the output of the ac adapter. Plug  in the adapter to the wall and then check the leads with a voltmeter. That will tell you if the ac adapter is providing enough power to the Cell Booster. If the ac adapter is not providing adequate power, you won't be able to register it. It's also best to not use a power strip. Just plug it into the wall, at least until you get it registered, then you can see if using a power strip will work.

What error message are you getting when attempting to register the device and where did you get it. Is this a brand new unit from AT&T? To be clear, we are talking about AT&T's Cell Booster (which is actually a femtocell) and not it's predecessor, the MicroCell.
