Debugging AT Command Log

I need some help debugging AT command logs from a NI cRIO Module (SEA 9745) that I am using that sends text messages.  I am working with the manufacture of the module and they suggested I contact AT&T.  I attempted to work with AT&T Non-Customer Support, but as usual got nowhere.  I guess they just short circuit because they can't understand that I am working with something that isn't a phone.

I was hoping someone on here could provide some help.  My issue is that my module seems to not be able to register/stay registered on the network.  Below is the beginning of log files from two different tests.  The last pattern in each is repeated until the end of the file.  Each files ends after about 23-26 seconds.

One other thing I did was ask again if my IMEI# was registered correctly with AT&T.  I was told that it was.  Also another things is that both of the SIM cards that I am working with are working correctly with an old flip phone.

Thank you for any help that you can provide.

Hello @GE_Joe,

Thank you for reaching out to us. We understand that both of your AT&T SIM cards are working correctly with a flip phone. Are you able to send text messages and make phone calls on that cell phone with the SIM cards? If so, everything should be working correctly on our side, and we recommend that you reach out to the manufacturer of your module again for further assistance.
