Flagged for fraud

I requested an unlock code for my Kyocera Hydroshore and was denied because it was "Flagged for fraud". I bought the phone myself with cash at Walmart on clearance, and have purchased and used 7 AT&T prepaid 30-day phone cards at $35 each. Could one of the techs please get back to me? I tried calling in but the connection was so bad the tech hung up. Thanks

 This is a customer forum, there are no techs who would read this and be able to get back to you. You should try calling them again when you have a better connection.

Thanks for the reply. I managed to get a tech on the phone and after some research on his end he believed it had to do with me bringing my old phone number when I activated this phone. He generated a work order of some kind and told me I should expect to hear from them via email within 5 business days. Wish me luck.
