Gaming with a Hotspot PS4

I have a Unite Pro and I've tried port forwarding and dmz to be able to play online with friends on the PS4. Does anyone know what to do? I can't figure this out.

Hi there! @sns1220 Thanks for posting your concerns. I’m sorry to hear you’ve had issues with the hotspot.

Below are the steps to enable port forwarding on the Unite Pro:

Enable port forwarding

If your computer hosts a server, you can enable port forwarding so that other users can

access the server.

To enable port forwarding:

  1. On the AT&T Unite Pro Manager homepage, log in as Administrator.
  2. Click Settings on the navigation menu on the left side.
  3. Click the Router tab.
  4. Click the Port Forwarding tab.
  5. Select Enable beside Port Forwarding. The Port Forwarding list will appear.

Advanced Settings

Rev 1 Nov.13 51

Incoming traffic is forwarded to specific ports and devices on your network (using

their local IP addresses).

  1. Identify the ports to forward —Enter the port forwarding information (a

descriptive Label, the IP address, the Port number, and the Protocol), then click

. Repeat for each port being forwarded.

  1. Click Submit. (Submit button appears once you make a selection.)

Hope this helps!

I've tried this already and the ports aren't opening for me to play.
