HTC one M8 for windows unlocked verizon

I am wanting to purchase the HTC one M8 for windows phone and have found that the unlocked verizon ones are cheaper than the att ones. If i get an unlocked verizon one will it work for att like lte and everything??

 

Here are the band specs:

2G/2.5G - GSM/GPRS/EDGE:

  • 850/900/1800/1900 MHz

3G - WCDMA:

  • 850/900/1900/2100 MHz with HSPA+ up to 14.4 Mbps

CDMA:

  • 800/1900

4G - LTE:

  • Bands 3,4,7,13

you will not get LTE but hspa and gsm will work just fine

ok so i guess ill just get the att version...

i am curious how the bands work..can you kind of explain that

each carrier has there own bands like att has band 2,4,5,17 with 4 and 17 being the most used.

yelp all 4 main bands 2,4,5,17.  There network is a hodge podge of those bands.  You could drive 15min and be on band 4 then switch to 5.
